Phase contrast microscopes

Phase contrast microscopes allow the observation of samples under insufficient or no contrasting observation conditions, which cannot be observed with a bright field contrast microscope. It also allows the observation of living organisms without the use of cell staining. Phase contrast microscopes have specific objective lenses and a different condenser.
